Sometimes they'll also ask you for a phone number, I have a hard time with this one cause they usually are looking for a cell and will start sending you text messages. I hated that before I got unlimited because they were wasting my text. So they have this web site that you can set up a fake phone number (can you say AWESOME!), and guess what...it's FREE! So just go here and set one up, they'll e-mail you when you have received a message and you can decide what to do from there.
